Just a note to say a massive thank you for today’s sessions. I have read through the student feedback and there are some excellent comments. This has proved to be a very worthwhile exercise and will be speaking to Peter/Steve to see how we can work together in the future.

Great news for m.h Coaching & Leadership

During the past couple of weeks, m.h Coaching & Leadership have met with seven Premier League Acadamy Education and Welfare Managers to present the features and benefits of its “Managers Team Sheet” programme.

100% sell in so far !! Just need to agree dates and timings .

The highly successful Live, Laugh and Learn community project concluded in December . m.h Coaching & Leadership delivered employability skills, life skills, self esteem, job creation, financial planning and family budgeting.

Total parents involved were 256 with 35 children attending the summer soccer school event. 2 full time jobs were created in the family care and retail sectors.

Thank you to Willow Fields Community Primary School for their support and encouragement.

In a very successful event at The Stadium of Light the Alzheimers Society and m.h Coaching & Leadership held a grand charity night. Supporting the event were former players Dick Malone, Micky Horswill, Ritchie Pitt, Gary Bennett and Paul Bracewell with Roger Tames hosting the night brilliantly. Paul “Goffy” Gough handled the auction with his usual aplomb .

Big thank you also to  Kevin Ball, Phil Bardsley who provided signed pairs of football boots and Ian Gray who contributed by gifting a signed Kevin Peterson cricket bat.

Well done to everyone who helped raise the final total of just under £3,000.00

Good news! m.h Coaching & Leadership have landed a contract with the Premier League to provide their ‘Dream, Believe and Achieve’ and ‘Manager’s Teamsheet’ programmes to all of the League’s Academies. This is a fantastic opportunity for m.h C&L and they are very excited about kicking off the first programme. MD Maurice Hepworth will also appear in a documentary about beahviours, attitudes and values within the game of football on the regional BBC 1 program ‘Inside Out.’ The documentary will air on Monday 21st November – so make sure you tune in to see how it’s all done!

On Tap with Whitbread

September 28, 2011

m.h Coaching & Leadership are pleased to announce that they have been retained by Whitbread PLC to deliver two more ‘Manager’s Teamsheet’ days with the North-West team in October. This follows some impressive analysis results after last month’s business trial.

It is hoped that by evolving the program out further, it will generate improvement in both operational performance and people management.

As project partner with Willow Fields Community Primary School, m.h Coaching & Leadership have been engaged in delivering various outreach programs within the local community.

These include:

  • Three day football coaching and parent’s day
  • Employability skills project
  • Business start-up workshop
These are proving to be valuable courses which are providing the delegates with practical CV design, application form and covering letter advice, job description creation, interview skills and advice on how to set up your own business.

Premier League Deadline Day

September 28, 2011

Following the successful conclusion of their ‘next steps’ program, m.h Coaching & Leadership have been asked to bid for the academy scholar’s lifeskills development business by the Premier League. This would entail the delivery of the ‘Manager’s Team Sheet’ module to all current Premier League clubs. So fingers crossed they should hear the outcome in early October!

m.h Coaching & Leadership were the chosen supplier to deliver a specially designed induction programme for the new intake of scholars at The Academy of Light for Brian Buddle, Education and Welfare Manager of Sunderland A.F.C.

Pictured here are the new  20011/2012  academy scholars.

The BBC were also present to complete their forthcoming documentary about m.h Coaching & Leadership which is scheduled to be shown in the autumn.

Once again a huge thank you to Brian Buddle, Kevin Ball, Ged McNamee and Sunderland AFC for their continued support.
